Record year for AVS – over 1000 responses from 50 countries

I just closed the Analyst Value Survey for 2014. We had an amazing response; almost 1,100 responses, compared to around 360 last year, and from many more countries. We have notable improvements in participation in several countries. All in all, one in five responses were from the USA, with the UK and India each contributing around one in seven.

The remains the only longitudinal study into the value that analysts are producing, but as the number of responses increases the data analysis becomes more challenging. We’re developing some in-depth premium reports to drill down on specific firms and questions in more detail. These report will allow people to get a drill-down on the views of a segment they define; for example people who selected a certain group of analyst firms, topics or in a particular region.

If you completed the Analyst Value Survey with your email address, you will have have an invite last Friday to the free webinar we’re organising on Thursday this week to discuss the results.
