I just spotted that Forrester Research’s timeline now references Lighthouse Analyst Relations. It cites our June 2006 survey of IT vendors, which placed Forrester as the firm which the most vendors feel has increased in influence.
This is an annual study which I have conducted annually since 2001; we get an excellent participation rate by giving the full results only to participants. If you want to be invited to take part, just let us know.
