Bain & Company has made the biggest improvement in this month’s Systems Integration/Consulting Index. The firm has expanded its focus on the Russian and Middle Eastern markets and has improved its ranking by 2 positions. Fujitsu Services, which has been declared a winner at the IT Service Management Forum has moved up by 1 position and is now ranked 4th.
Close on Fujitsu’s heels is Capgemini at 5th spot. It has just completed its acquisition of Getronics PinkRoccade and announced that it will be able to maintain its revenue growth for the year 2008. The prominent Indian system integrator and distribution company HCL is another prominent gainer this month. It has improved its score by the acquisition of Axon. The firm has also been mentioned in analysis about its acquisition of Control Point Solutions and is now ranked 14th this month. Softtek has also moved up 1 position and is the only firm to get into the top 25 this month.
The biggest decline is in the ranking of Neoris. The Latin American firm has not got a single mention for the past 2 months by Gartner, IDC or Forrester and has dropped 6 positions. It is the only firm to drop out of the top 25 this month.
