Orange Business Services is the most high profile gainer in the October edition of the Lighthouse Services Index. The firm gained 7 positions and made it to the top 25 list as analysts recognized its Global and Unified Communications Strength. KPMG has also moved up 4 positions in October and made it to the top 25.
The top gainers for October are BearingPoint and Dimension Data – both up 8 positions. The acquisition of BearingPoint’s government services contracts by Deloitte has helped the firm move up to the 17th spot in October. Focus on the deal also helped Deloitte move up 2 positions to the 8th spot. Dimension Data which launched its Technology Lifecycle Management Assessment service to help organizations to simplify their communication networks also went up 8 positions in October.
The top loser for October is Pricewaterhousecoopers which slid down 11 positions to the 34th spot. The firm along with Ernst & Young(-3) dropped out of the top 25. Unisys also dropped down by 7 positions to the 12th spot in October.
