The IIAR is developing its rapport with specialist ICT recruitment experts.
As a service provided free-of-charge to members of the IIAR who are considering changing roles, recruitment consultants will offer market appraisals, a view on those companies currently recruiting as well offering guidance on the structure and format of candidates’ CVs prior to them applying for roles either directly or through agencies. The IAAR’s partners can also offer candidates a service whereby they proactively market their CVs, where appropriate.
Further to this, any member looking to recruit for their teams can also get support to help find the best candidate. This service would attract a cost but would be outlined from the outset and the recruiter would work in conjunction with your respective Human Resources department.
