Lucas, Peet, Mallach, Kulkarni to speak at AR Forum

Forrester’s Kevin Lucas, Jon Peet from Nokia Siemens Networks, AR veteran Efrem Mallach PhD and ARInsights’ Shahank Kulkarni will speak at the AR Forum at London’s Somerset House on October 3rd.

The speakers add to a roster of AR leaders already announced from Accenture, BT, Symantec and Kea Company.

Lucas and Mallach will speak on two of the most controversial topics in the profession. Peet and Kulkarni will focus on getting AR more organised.

  • Lucas says that while there’s a lot of thought given to influencing analysts, and to of analysts’ ‘natural’ influence levels, further thought needs to be given to techniques for managing the levels of influence exerted by analysts, and especially for raising them from their natural levels.
  • Professor Efrem Mallach, who will introduce the upcoming third edition of the first book on analyst relations, will discuss analyst impact in growth markets. Using data from ARchitect, the leading analyst relations database, Mallach will show how the analyst landscape has changed. Today, for example, there are more analysts in China or India than in Germany or Canada, and over time more of their work is taken up with local clients.
  • Jon Peet, part of the team at Nokia Siemens Networks which has made it the one of the leading AR groups in any industry, will discuss the firm’s work on scorecards. Peet will show how analyst relations can use these tools to work ore easily with with sister functions (media relations, investor relations, marketing etc).
  • As CEO of ARInsights, Shashank Kulkarni helps scores of leading AR teams at firms like Avaya, Cisco, Dell, Fujitsu, HP, Huawei, McAfee, Nokia Siemens Networks, Symantec and Tata. Shashank will give his perspective on how ARchitect is driving success for those teams and others.

The AR Forum looks set to fill up (we currently have around 50 people from ten countries on the list), and we’ll have to operate a wait-list.  Please register your interest in attending the event as soon as possible.
