- I just completed Andy Yap ‘s INSEAD Executive Education course which had great tips on nonverbal communication. These matter so much for AR spokespeople, who often miss out on the added authority that comes from getting that right. The school reshared my summary on its social media, which was really sweet. - There was big news for ARchitect users with the departure of CEO Andy Zimmerman and the purchase of Wind Communications (now part of ARInsights) . The change really fitted so many of the themes in another INSEAD course I am on completing, looking at how digital platform can become intermediaries or ecosystems.
