The chart on the right hand side shows the ten services companies with the highest profile in analyst research over the last four weeks. It’s part of the Lighthouse Services Index, one of our monthly share of voice measurements, which we call the Analyst Index suite.Accenture still maintains the lead in Services and last month’s top five is unchanged. LogicaCMG ascends to number 9 position and IBM Global Services slides to number 7 position.
Looking at the top 25 (which is available on request) as a whole, analysts’ mentions of Tata Consultancy Services have risen sharply, while T-Systems dropped down to 16th position worldwide. A star performer was Xansa which made it in at the 25th position; that’s an excellent performance for a UK-centred firm.
We also keep an eye out for the companies that dropped out from our top 25 list. In May only one firm dipped out of the top 25: Dimension Data.
